Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact.

Items returned without prior approval or after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Clear photos of the item if it is defective or damaged
Weโll respond within 24โ48 business hours with further instructions and return details.
โ ๏ธ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Weโll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or design:

Place a new order for your desired item
โ Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. After that, the item is moved into production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
